Today I signed an agreement between the bank and myself agreeing to drop all charges of the lawsuit I filed against them for the real estate deal that fell through. The Judge stated that I had a case, but that it was not against the bank, it was another party and that I was Barking up the wrong tree, as he put it. After doing some research into the matter even more, I found out that there were a few mistakes made in a few different areas, nothing intentional. So with that said the bank agreed to have the fees reduced to 600 instead of the original 1800 dollars. I was happy to be over with the issue and I really learned a lot. I now have a line of credit worth 45,000 dollars that I have absolutely no use for, but we shall see, maybe the Lord will have a use for those funds and that I would need them soon. A lot was learned, and I did not have to pay all of the fees that were originally stated. That is a blessing and I feel that more will be learned from this in the future, or that I went through this property transaction to learn something I may need to know in the future. This is what I sense and feel about this now.
